How it Works
Once you join the membership at the Expansion tier, we’ll go through two distinct phases of work together.
Phase I: Install
Duration: 60 Days
Phase 1 of your membership begins with a 60-day sprint, where we’ll meet with you one-on-one to build the three keys to seamless expansion:
A recruitment strategy and system that effortlessly pulls people into the practice’s ecosystem, enrolls them into the vision of the practice, and then effectively onboards them so they can immediately boost the practice.
A detailed acquisition strategy and system that can fill the caseload of the new clinicians in your practice.
And SOPs (standard operating procedures) for admins, so you can relieve tasks off your plate, boost your practice’s visibility, and have clients placed on your clinicians’ calendar.
With these three pillars, all built in the first 60 days, you’ll have everything you need to expand the practice.
Phase II: Implement
DURATION: Ongoing
Once the core elements of the Empowered Practice System are installed, you’ll need to engage in the Empowered Scaling Flywheel to keep growing.
Inside the membership, you’ll get access to group coaching calls, courses, a private community, dashboards, tools, and much more to keep expanding your practice with the right foundations.
The system alone won’t help you expand. You need to be in the proper learning environment, meeting challenges as they come up, if you want to succeed.
